THE CUSTODIAN’S CORNER

 Well, after almost ten years some huge changes [long overdue] are in the works. 

During the next year you will see the addition of pictures, helpful tips, instructions, and maybe even a video or two.

My office manager [Cat] and Web designer [Evaristo] have been thumping me about my head and shoulders to get moving.  So, to save my battered body, I have started to get the staff moving and we have come up with a list of changes and future projects to help us help you. 

One thing that has held us back from adding pictures of parts to our web site is folks not realizing that if the part is different…IT’S DIFFERENT and will probably not be interchangeable with what they have. 

Our job will be to convince everyone to ship us a sample or email us a good picture [JPEG format] with a scale [tape measure/ruler].  With a good picture we will be in a better position to identify the part, give you some options, or let you know if w simply must see your sample. 

The bottom line is we will try and make it as painless as possible to get you the parts you need.

We are a small company and do not have manufacturers sending us ‘print-ready’ art, so we hope you will be patient.

Hang in there.  We want to help you.  The process just takes time....
